Update Friday 8th January 2021

Hi Everyone,

Well, here we are at the end of our first week and we’re already in the swing of the new lock down. I’d like to say how proud I am of all our families and staff members. Without hardly any notice at all, you have all knuckled down, supported one another and not complained – even once. Wow! It truly has been inspiring.

The children have all been amazing too and I have shared some work today that the children have completed either at home or at school. It is really great to see how hard they are all still working. We have some brilliant writing, excellent problem solving and stupendous art work. Well done everyone, keep it up! click here to see.

Mr Kurn has made an energetic powerpoint for you to try at home. It’s a matching game with some physical challenges. Let’s see who has the stamina! Click here to see !

And one parent has e mailed in with a brilliant suggestion – have a jar or pot. Collect suggestions of activities/ ideas that you may hear or see from other parents or on multi-media. When your child says they are bored or are getting a bit fed up, randomly select an activity to try.

Thank you all once again for your support, it is very much appreciated.

Have a lovely weekend and stay safe,
