Reading success

Well done to all the children who have made such amazing progress in reading since September. Our new Read Write Inc phonics programme is beginning to have an amazing impact on the children’s knowledge and confidence and the KS2 children are talking more readily about their favourite reads. 😊

Parking in Bellfields Road

We have been notified of buildings works in Bellfields Road that may interfere with parking during dropping off and pick up times. This may take a little longer than normal.

Food donations

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to all that donated today to the Guildford Food Bank. In true Weyfield style you have shown generosity to others, at a time when many of you are experiencing real challenges yourselves. Mrs Knight will be taking all the donations to the Foodbank on Monday. She has spoken to them today and they have asked to pass on their sincere gratitude.
